At least two people were drowned and 10 went missing after a boat capsized in the Saryu river in Uttar Pradesh Monday, the police said. "The accident took place near the Khairigarh bank of the river in Lakhimpur-Kheri district," District Superintendent of Police Ram Bharose told IANS by telephone.
